MAZADAK – SMS BIDDING
Thank you for your interest in MAZADAK on Waseet TV. In this live daily auction, bidders can sms all week long to compete with each other to DECREASE the price! In this race to the lowest price, the winner is the one who hits the lowest bid that is acceptable for Mazadak, winning the item on the auction block.
MAZADAK is a unique TV auction concept in the whole MENA region. It offers a vast range of brand-new items to bid for and the chance to win those items!

Registration Procedures:
Step 1: To become a bidder, you must register yourself first by sending the word “REG” followed by your nickname by SMS to number corresponding to your country. Example: REG AHMAD22
Step 2: you will receive a confirmation SMS that you entered the auction. And the nickname will be saved for you to use it every time you participate in MAZADAK

Game Mechanism:

Every time you send an SMS, you will be lowering the price of the item by the cost of sms.

The tariff and currency of each SMS differs according to each corresponding country.

The more SMS you send, the lower the price becomes.

Everyday you get the chance to bid on all the items presented on MAZADAK.

In addition to the daily bids, every week, participants can bid everyday for the “Hero Item” that will be announced on Friday. You can start bidding on this item on Friday, and all week long till the closing day on Thursday

The FIRST bidder who reduces the price of the item the most and hits the lowest bid and win the item.

The price can be decreased below zero until the end the program

Notification:
For the daily bids, the winner will be announced at the end of the program and will be instantly informed by phone live on air if possible.
For the weekly bid on the “Hero item”, the winner will be announced on Thursdays during the program.

Delivery:

The Winner is expected to receive the item within one month of the auction closing day.

The product can not be exchanged, , reimbursed, or exchanged for cash
-
Once informed, the Winner is expected to send a valid identification document (ID, passport copy…etc) in addition to a detailed address and contact numbers by fax to the number corresponding to his/her country.

In case the winner will not be able to receive the prize in person, he must send by fax an authorization letter assigning the receiver’s name and contact details.

In case the winner can not be reached within 2 weeks, the item will be auctioned again, and the winner shall be considered as waiving his rights pertaining the item won.

Kindly note that any fees associated with the shipment of the items (clearance charges, customs duties, taxes and any other destination charges) are incumbent on the Winner to pay while Waseet TV arranges the shipment's procedures required and bears the cost of shipment to the winner’s country of residence.

The item will not be shipped unless the winner pays all the fees associated with the shipment, and all the necessary documents are ready from his side.

The delivery process does not include product registration if needed in the country, and the winner will be responsible for the doing it.

The shipment is fulfilled either by a reputed transportation company or by the Waseet Distribution Department, at Waseet TV sole discretion.

It should be noted that Waseet TV insures the security of every single item shipped.

Waseet TV is not responsible for any product after delivery

Breaching Terms and Conditions:
The Waseet TV auction concept rests on the tenets of goodwill and mutual benefit.
However, disrespect for Terms and Conditions such as:

Presenting misleading personal data,
-
Refusing to accept the item won without an objective reason

Harming the Waseet TV auction concept,
-
Not submitting the required documents to Waseet TV or Mazadak within the requested period of time
-
Not respecting the rules of the auction
will lead to immediate banning from the auction participation or o limitation of its use.
